Hi all talented people,

I need a logo and stationary set designed for my new Mortgage Brokers business. The company name is: "Wealth Home Loans".

The stationary set will include:
1. Logo
2. Letter head (A4 Letter size)
3. Business Card with logo and info: Name, title, address( 2 lines) email, phone, mobile, and website.

Wealth Home Loans provide all loans service: Home loan, Business Loan, Car Loan, Personal, Lease and equipment hire.
Vision statement:
"Provide customer best service as possible by conducting ethical services and happy to go extra mile for each and every customer, helping them reach their goals and their referral's goal"
The business is highly professional and also personal at the same time. Target market is from 18 to 70 year old. The logo is a very important part of the business image and perception.

Requirement for the logo:
1. Colour theme prefer stable, trusty, confidence, grow wealth such as blue or green, but do not limit to these 2 colours only. Please be creativity.
2. Needs to be simple and recognizable.
3. Needs to tell people what we are - professional; results oriented; and caring
4. I am open to having the Logo include both the name and a stand alone logo (then writing prefer to have side by side than above o bottom) OR for the name to be the Logo OR 1st letter (WHL) also an option. Please be creative.
5. Prefer to have logo design will work with a black and white background in marketing material.
6. Will need a version of black and white ( to be engraved on wood or metal), so must be clean and transferable.

IT MUST BE UNIQUE
I DIDN'T SEALED THE APPLICATION BUT WOULD EXPECT YOU TALENTED PEOPLE TO WORK WITH YOUR CREATIVE - SO PLS RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE WORK.

Please have a look at attached sample logo for some ideas.
We're looking for a creative an original design.

There will likely be a lot of additional work post after this as this is new company and need lot of marketing/design.
This is my first time using Freelance and hope I would not be disappointed.
