Business Description: Theatre Awards show along the line of the Tonys (http://www.tonyawards.com), Ovation Awards (http://www.lastagealliance.com/ovation_recommended.htm), Jeff Awards (http://www.jeffawards.org/home/index.cfm) or the Helen Hayes Awards (http://theatrewashington.org/content/helen-hayes-awards)

Target Crowd: Professional, upscale, urban artists

Items Needed:
1 - A logo and type treatment for the words: The Las Vegas Valley Theatre Awards
2 - A "seal of approval" whose main focus is the words "Valley Recommended" -- those are the only words to be used in the seal of approval.

Design Goals for Both Items:

1) Minimalist
2) Clean Lines
3) Modern
4) Three Colors or less
5) PSD and EPS Vector drawings (with font into) provided upon award.

Design Restrictions:
The design should NOT include: Comedy/Tragedy masks, theatre curtains or equipment, or Las Vegas/gambling iconography.
