Hey Freelancers! Another awesome project coming your way!

I need a 700px wide Flash map of the United States, each state must be clickable.

Must have the following:

- Map color of #0071bc
- State hover color of #ec2224
- State names must be their initials (ie - New York = "NY")
- State initials must be black
- State borders must be black
- State links will be provided upon you winning the contest, prior to submitting the final work
- State links must open on same page

If you win the contest, you could also win a $10 bonus!
