Hi,

We require an email signature to be created. I have attached a rough guide as to what we are looking for.

Key Points:

- The signature is to be used in gmail (as they manage our emails) and therefor the format it is provided in must be compliant with this
- The signature must be provided in a format that is easy for us to alter in respect to phone number, name, email address and so forth
- We require a link to our facebook page (www.facebook.com/rexmedicalgroup) and also to our website www.rexmedical.com.au
- We are looking for a very professional corporate look

Hello REXMED "Contest Holder",

A very important question, you have mentioned that gmail manage your email accounts, so I assume you are using the gmail for business; correct?

The reason I am asking, is in the free gmail account signature area, you are NOT ALLOWED to use and/or insert any type of codes such as: html or css.

Meaning your design will be very limited and the only way to bring it up as the attached file, is to make it a static image and insert it within your footer/signature. In that case, be sure that 85% if not 100% of your clients will NOT be able to see it!

Could you please verify if you gmail for business are allowing html and css in the signature area? I believe you have a dedicated gmail phone support based in the US and Canada in case you need help
