Hello. My client is looking for a new design for his busniess card. He is looking for a clean proffessional look.
The hard part is to solarize his face and somehow add it in the design of front side.
I will attach the logo wich will be on the back aswell as his picture. His face should be done in the same way as his dog (the german shepard) was done for the logo.
The business card will have the front side printed in relief.

Front side : His solarized portrait (only the face , no shoulders)+ signature + Mihnea Boerescu ( not Balescu as in the old one)+ Developer , Business Angel , Consilier Judetean , Presedinte PNL + 0730/644.632 , 0720/M.I.H.N.E.A

Back side : Logo + www.casa-mihnea.ro , www.pug-puz.ro , www.presa-giurgiu.ro , www.harta-veche.ro .

I will also attach a scanned image the old business card aswell as 2 other examples to give you an ideea of the texture. It will be gold on black background. I will also attach 2 photos so you can chose whichever is easier to work with.
The business card design should be vertical like the old one (not horizontal).

Hello guys , thanks for the designs.
I have some extra feedback from my client:

- add an extra number on the front side : 0730/446.262
- the titles must be thogether ( Developer,Business Angle , Presedinte PNL and Consilier Judetean)
- the email : Casa.Mihnea@gmail.com on front side.
- he is not really happy with the portrait so far ... only one close is to what he wants is #1. The portrait must be white on black background ( card ). I will upload 2 more files to give you an ideea of how the dog's face was done.
- portrait bigger , name not so big
- On the back side : Logo needs to be bigger and the websites closer and smaller.
- The text is all going to be golden on black background in relief on both sides. It's going to be done using emboss effect : https://www.google.ro/search?q=emboss&safe=active&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=WzzUUsf-KIiJywOstoC4Aw&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAQ&biw=1920&bih=908.

Overall I think he wants a simple but ellegant design . Not too many details. Again the hardest part is to get his portret done in the same way the dog's face was done. If you manage to do that well we will help with the layout.

UPDATE 2 :

Btw on the back please use second version of the logo. ( the font is different , so not the first one - the "spooky" one)

Hello guys, i'm Mihnea.
All i wanted in fact was a good face and some good ideas. The rest will do the guy from the typography.

The best face in my opinion was made by pablorocco. Just a little brighter than the rest but enough to look friendlier.
So the winner is pablorocco, for the rest of you I appreciate your effort and thank you a lot.

Salut baieti ! Sunt Mihnea
Maine ii voi trimite materialele baiatului care se ocupa cu serigrafia sa ma consult cu el.
Nu stiam cum sa explic in engleza .Tehnica folosita e cumva cu o cerneala care expandeaza cand e arsa (coapta) .Se umfla si totul apare in relief .
De asta nu puteam sa folosesc nuante si degradeuri.
Iar cartonul folosit e poros. Nu e tiparire clasica. De asta fata trebuia solarizata.
Si se poat face in relief o singura fata .

Va multumesc tuturor .Vb maine.

1. absolutely NOTHING useless on card : no lines , no shadows ....nothing . Keep it simple

FOR EVERYBODY :
1. the colour of the paper is full black .No shadows , gray or else
2. the colour of my face is full white , one single colour .
3. i will not use clasic tipografy tehnik but i kind of expensive serigrafi
4. it will not be ink but something in relief .This is why i can not use shadows
