Contest Brief

EDIT: ONLY THE LOGO is meant to be used in the design. The other photos are just to inspire you and give you an idea of some visual themes to use. For example, notice the way the Golden Dome and the Wall of the City are incorporated into the logo design.

We need a book cover for a PDF book (so it's normal a4 printer paper size).
The book is a workbook for helping potential tourists plan their trip to Israel. It walks them through setting a budget, hiring a guide, setting goals, scheduling, etc.
The cover needs to include: 1. Our logo (see attached file) 2. The title "Israel Trip Planning Workbook" 3. Author line, "by Eitan Levy and Elad Tzur" 4. An elegant design to fill the page.
Guidelines: 1. The visual theme should include the idea of travel, and perhaps some way of visually representing using the workbook to help the user make sense of chaos. 2. I suggest trying to use some of the colors and themes in the logo, or at least ones that do not clash with them. 3. Ideally the result will be suggestive of Israel's iconic sites, perhaps the Western Wall, Temple Mount, an outline Map of Israel (see pictures).
