-the house has wood floor . can you please change it?
-from ur design experience do u think the fireplace in that position will make the room to crowded. Should it be better positioned in to a corner ?
- I like your style but I find the use of the black color a bit too much .. can you use a different palette?
If you can finish the other room it will be great .

- For The Wood floor, I will change that with all pleasure, but for the 3D to be closer to your wood floor I need more details on the type of wood floor that you have, otherwise, I make an approximative one.
-I would recommend keeping the fireplace in that position cause, in my opinion, it's really beautiful and it's an important element for the decoration of the house.
-Sure, I will put a different palette and try to make it match the wood floor that you have.
