Contest Brief

An application icon is needed for OfficeExtreme.com.

It is a design for an Icon in five sizes. The icon is used when the application is installed on Windows.

The required sizes are: 256x256, 128x128, 48x48, 32x32, 16x16. They must be EXACTLY this size, not one pixel off. The required format is .png with transparent background and original .psd file.

Important: It is not required that all 5 look identical, as a 16x16 icon is quite small. For example, if you look at the icon for Freelancer on the browser at the top by the tab, it is a small white bird with a blue background. The big icon on the page is several different shades of blue. This is a good example of two different sizes, small and large.

The small sizes are just as important as the large ones.

See OfficeExtreme.com, the website it will be used with. You can make the design anything you want.

This will not be a sealed contest, as I do not want to pay an extra $30 to make it sealed. However, I will response to all entries privately, not publicly.

To clarify: All sizes are requested as the small sizes are actually most important. The 48 and smaller are the critical ones.

  One more question please. Could it be possible to send you NOT a .psd file but a .pdf file? A pdf file can be imported to others illustration software.

Also, to clarify: I am not looking for a logo. I need an Icon. An Icon is a small graphic that scales up and down easily.
