Attached is a mockup of the flyer I made, but of course I need better ideas, I want everything I put on the mockup on the new design but need it designed better so it looks pro, this is for a printed flyer 8.50 X 11.00

really want it to look clean classy with the points, feel free to design it anyway you like but just have the points i put on the mockup in there.

I will award a $20-$30 bonus if the content winner does a QUICK, GREAT JOB.

UPDATE:
A few of you are on the right direction, please see new mockup ones i just did from your ideas, these are the way I want it to look but of course cleaned up and spiced up a bit.. thanks
