I need welcome dialog design for my website
my website is joblish.com and the design need to look like my site
the welcome dialog need to have title text and 3 option
select country select language and select if you agency or candidate.

the site is resume/cv posting site(job seek site)

the dialog need to look very good and be marketable to get user to want to send his resume/cv

No flash it suppose to work also in website and mobile phone.

the freelance i will choose i have more job like this.

check the site for reference color and style
