I need polishing and improvement of the design of http://www.glavobolieto.bg. This a site for a Headache Center (medical clinic). I do not want drastic layout changes, just want the current design made more attractive, using colors, accents, margins, sizes, positioning, etc. For example, right now the design is quite monochromatic - pretty much one green color. I would like to have perhaps the buttons or something else be a different color for accent. Basically, I want to make the design more attractive, but not completely replace it.

Please submit a mockup in Photoshop or Illustrator of the following pages showing also mouse-hover effects:
