We are a Boston, Massachusetts based web design agency called Cream. We work locally with businesses to connect them with freelancers from across the globe to get them the best work at the best price.

Here are some specifics:

-We would like the website to have a toggle button that changes the site between two styles. One will be for when clients view the site and one will be for freelancers. It will need to be somewhere a freelancer would easily see it, but a client would most likely over look it (don't want to confuse them ;) ). This will also change some of the content on the site, so it is relevant to who is viewing it.

-We would like to have a "spotlight" on the home page to show off our work and our designers/developers.

-A portfolio page that shows off our past work and the freelancers that worked on each project.

-We would like the site to be clean and modern. We aren't looking for a one-page site, but we would like to minimize the amount of pages.
