We are a social organization helping people with different abilities through work and various activities.
We need a complete redesign of our website which will eventually include the following:
- Home page with overall introduction/presentation of the organization;
- More detailed page regarding our social role and action;
- 1 page per activity (5 in total) with potential sub-pages;
- Online store where visitors can buy small items produced by us;
- Contact page;

1) The mock-up should show the Home page for the 3 formats to be supported (desktop, tablet and mobile phone);
2) The mock-up images should use French words (provided by us) and the website will be available in both French and English;
3) Attached is our logo and pictures of the place where we are. This atmosphere should be reflected by the design;
4) Please also make architecture suggestions for the future website development:
- Dynamic display based on the user agent (size of the device screen: desktop/laptop, tablet or mobile handset)
- Language presented based on the user agent language (French if French otherwise English)
- Suggestion for the online store and DB for products, orders, etc…
- Any suggestion you can think of

Please also indicate if you are interested in developing the website as a second step or if you are simply interested in providing the mock up.

I mean .. i can do all the mock-ups and i can make you a responsive website with only 150$(i am not able to code the online store)..

  At this stage, I am not asking to code anything.
  This contest in only about proposing a design.
  The coding will come as a second phase and is likely to be broken in two more phases.
  The first one without the online store and then the online store. Your suggestion would then make sense but at this point I am just looking for a mock-up (graphic design/layout without any coding).

I can do the mock-ups but i cannot code the online store .
