Contest Brief
I'm looking for a great design for a development agency website. The agency is focused on providing solutions for data analysis, telling stories using data, and helping people understand how data can be used to solve their problems. I am currently using the 'Agency Pro' theme from Genesis StudioPress http://my.studiopress.com/themes/agency/#demo-full . I would prefer to stick with 'Agency Pro' or 'Executive Pro' type styling, but I'm open to new ideas as well. I would like to have some areas to showcase some previous jobs.

The call to action in Home Top will be a button that links to other information like 'Our Solutions'. There wont be a map, because the agency location wont be published.

I'm tending to like a header image and tiles in the same view. I like 3 pages linked from tiles with additional information. I also like the dark gray styling of the footer like in the freelancer.com site.

I like the design from chithrarahul. I need something else in the top (graphic) section that isn't search. Some way to engage visitors. The call to action is for visitors to provide contact info and some info about the project they want.
