We are running a local dealsite/webshop. Basicly a Groupon clone.

We need a new frontend website design and someone (company or freelancer) who can code it.

Site url will be sent in PM for preview.

Note:
We are NOT using a CMS system, but a custom PHP platform, so coding needs to be handmade and done through FTP/ssh.

DESIGN requirements:

5 different pagetypes:
-- Front page
-- Product page
-- Category/listing page
-- Checkout page
-- Common page (very simple page to be used for multiple purposes, ie. profilesettings, articletext, etc)

Modern look and feel.
Pages needs to be designed with only the elements we have today.

Note:
The site is not in native english, but the mockup should be in english.

CODING requirements:

Bootstrap v3
Jquery
CSS 2/3
Work on FTP, as we do not give out the entire platform.
Crossbrowser compatible (IE10, Chrome, Firefox, ipad)
Site needs to be acceptable to view on phone, but not entirely responsive

We are very flexible and budget might be tweaked, but needs results.
