Design a Website Mockup

Contest Brief

I am looking to mock up a system that would essentially do the same as Freelancer.com, except using local businesses to bid on the work.

Initially, this would be a call centre app: people would phone in looking for the number of e.g. a Carpet Cleaner, and the call centre agent would step the person through a series of questions to determine the requirements. The job would then be posted out to relevant businesses in the local area that are capable of performing the job. The call centre agent would then monitor the responses and queue and help select the best company for the work.

Your job is to come up with how this would look, as well as the user journey/experience and design:
1. Home page (Getting the job started)
2. Place an order page (job details page)
3. Offers (businesses that have come back and said they could do it)
4. Other pages you would like to include (as relevant)

The design should be clean and modern. Please also include a name and logo of your choosing.

If you understand how the Freelancer.com website works, you should then understand this concept.

I need this mocked up quite quickly, so only apply if you are GOOD, understand the concept and can get this back to me ASAP.

NB: I am NOT looking for a knock off of the Freelancer.com website - your entries need to be unique to this new brand which you will help shape and create.

    Example work flow:
    Client calls Call Centre needing phone number for a plumber
    Call Centre agent upsells to “Local System”
    Information gathered: post code, email, phone, work required, budget, when needed by.
    Job entered into “Local System” and pushed out to local businesses
    Local Businesses receive offer and put in their bid
    Lowest bid wins
    Confirmation email is sent to end customer

    A few things to remember: 1) This is a Call Centre app (which means that you will phone into a call centre, and a call centre rep will step you through the process rather than it being directly on the web). 2) The emphasis is on EXISTING BUSINESSES (not freelancers) signing up to make their services available. 3) This project pays great money for a concept DESIGN - I expect EXCELLENT results!
