I need a t-shirt design (black and white is preferred, with a transparent background for darker fabric t-shirts)

I need it of a drawing of Greg Sestero's upper body ( http://www.ballermindframe.com/pop-culture-spin/wp-content/uploads/sites/7/2014/06/ROOM.jpg -- far right ) wearing a tuxedo, with a football (american). I thought you need clean vector design , but you need a dirty photoshop filtered with just one click. Just ask that entry once for high quality file then you'll come to know the truth because you may face problems while printing with that crap quality photo.
