Design a template for corporate publications, such as monthly newsletters, updates and services sheets.

The design must be:

1) eye catching / exciting;
2) Professional;
3) Unique (no templates please);
4) Utilise our logo;
5) Easy to amend by none designers;
6) Easy to save in PDF - these will be printed and sent electronically;
7) Easily distinguishable from our competitors.

I have attached two examples of the kind of releases our company make: (1) our quarterly update - please do not copy the table into the document, we do not release our publications in tabular format; and (2) our commentary on a regulatory update. In addition, I have included our logo.

  It is not so much a brochure as a template for our news and updates we send to clients in PDF and upload to our website. We want an A4 front sheet that will draw the focus of the reader so this will be the majority of the design work, an A4 (portrait) sheet for inside and an A4 (landscape), these will contain the data. I hope that makes sense.
