My name is Fleming & I'm a real estate agent in the Pasadena/Los Angeles luxury market. I need a sophisticated, unique logo worthy of being representative of a higher quality experience and luxury brand. I am part of Sotheby's International Realty, but cannot use their logo or colors in my personal logo. I am planning on growing my team in the near future and would like a logo to unite the team under using my name. I am getting married this year but don't have my new last name yet and so my logo needs to be convertible at some point from my current last name to my future last name. My last name now starts with "H" and my new last name starts with "T".
I would also like to have two color versions of the logo: 1) flat image, 2) one that looks like gold (or that will look as if it's gold leaf). I would like the icon and a lettermark with it so they could be together or separate. I have uploaded an image of a logo that would have been perfect, so check that out.

I have an idea in mind, but let's see what you come up with!

Hi All, Please no logos with houses in them...That's considered corny in our business. Think avant garde design! P.S. I do like elegant script for fonts. Make it elegant!
