I am in need of a single page site template, responsive, so it looks good on a tablet, preferably in html5 and css that I will own and is custom (not a purchased theme with prior copyright.) I plan on using in multiple situations in a product I will be selling by changing out colors, graphics, and logos as needed for different situations. Preferably something modern and clean looking and I have a logo that I would like to use in the template which is attached in a layered png. For text placeholders please use a lipsum generator or whatever text you would like. If you have any questions please let me know.

I saw that you clearly mentioned that you need a custom theme and not purchased with prior copyright but freelancer: AndreiVeve is making you fool by giving you screenshots of ready-made theme whose link is http://themes.thunderbuddies4life.com/?theme=webpaint_wp. This guy has not even changed the color scheme of website and just replaced logo. You can see theme color is orange and your logo is green. I think you should place a report against this entry so that creativity of other freelancers doesn't get wasted.

  I am 100% sure that entry by Freelancer: webidea12 is neither responsive not it is a single page theme which you asked on contest. Confirm with him again and ask him to upload screenshots of different devices showing your website.
  
  As far as I can see there is only one genuine entry which fulfills all your requirements i.e by freelancer: writersquality. Though I am not sure but it seems to be a custom design on first appearance. Ask him also to upload screenshots of different devices showing your website to confirm responsiveness of design.

What you mean by "single page site template"? You want a Parallax style website or a a single E-commerce page? Waiting for your reply.

  Thank you for replying. The colors that work well with the logo I guess. whites and greens.. I like woot.com for example. very clean and the soft green gradient accents look good with the white/off-white background with the black font.... I'm down for whatever. I like the idea of a colored menu I could swap out the color to fit other logos and schemes....
