Contest Brief

The contest is to create a poster (3' x 2' landscape style) to hang up at our excursion desk that represents our product offerings for our potential clients. We are looking for a creative and "cool" design. We are a fun company and want to express how enjoyable our tours are, in addition to being professional and well organized.We are an independent touring company located in Santa Barbara, CA providing trips for international students. Our most successful trips include excursions to:
Las Vegas (which includes a walking tour of nearby strip casinos: Paris, Bellagio, Caesar's Palace, Limo ride on the strip, optional Grand Canyon, Freemont Street, Calico Ghost Town)
San Francisco (which includes a Cable Car Ride, Nighttime view point at Treasure Island, City Tour of Civic center, Twin Peaks, Golden gate bridge and Park, Union Square, and Fisherman's Wharf with Bay Cruise)
Disneyland/California Adventure and Universal Studios
Six flags
Los Angeles Tour (a single day trip down to Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Beverly Hills, the Hollywood sign, and the Walk of fame)
Camarillo Premium Outlet Shopping (160 stores)
Yosemite (Yosemite Falls, Half Dome, Mist Trail, Nevada Falls, Vernal Falls, Glacier Point, Grizzly Giant, Mariposa Grove)
San Diego (Horton Plaza, Pacific Beach, Old Town, Coronado, Balboa Park, optional San Diego Zoo)
These trips are our main focus. However, we also do Snowboarding trips to Big Bear and Mountain High, and local events like Volleyball tournaments, soccer tournaments, Hiking, and many other activities. That being said, our Facebook https://www.facebook.com/pages/California-Explorer/561260183908940 has many photos accessible to download and use in the poster, as well as our website californiaexplorer.net. I've attached a photo of our logo, and our slogan is "Life with new friends. Love your surroundings. Explore California." That should also be included. Our colors are Golden yellow and blue ( ive attached some previous posters to refer to and improve on). I look forward to checkin out new ideas and talents, Good luck!

Im glad to see so many entries! They all look great its difficult to decide. Remember to stay Creative, and away from the plugging in of photo collages. (We can do that much). Also, the size of the poster is 3 feet by two feet, and again our colors are golden yellow and pure blue, and please incorporate our slogan (maybe use Devinne Swash for the font), clean photos (preferably our photos of they arent too blurry). thanks Everyone!
