Hello Designers,

I am looking to create a logo which reads "BlackHippy"( having a space in between is optional) for a t-shirt. When designing this logo, please stop to consider what black hippy means to you? A black hippy is a person who vibrant, unapologetic, and secure in who they are. I have listed a few images below to use as a guide, in order to help push my vision to life! Lastly, feel free to use graphics, background images in the lettering and be creative in changing the characteristics of the fonts so that the "Y" in hippy appears to have roots for example.

I like the characteristics of how all the letters are inverted.

Font #1 (Chuck)
I like the dimensions of the "i" and "b"

Font #2 (CocoBiker)
I like the triangle that replaces the "a"

Font#3 (Cybereye)
I like the details in this image. If possible, try to add tribal blocks and patters similar to this design. Also, the "i" really sticks out to me; it looks like a mic stand, please try to bring this to light!

Font #4 (Lombok)
I like the font and simplicity.

Font#5 (Mustasurma)
I like the sky line and the uniqueness to this font.

Font #6 (Polla)
I like the finished looked of the strokes of the paint brush. It's almost like a controlled chaos.

Color Schemes.
In terms of the color scheme, I'm looking for bright and loud colors like orange, red, green, light brown, yellow, purple, maroon, and black is also very fitting as well.

Please remember to be you, if you don't like adding color schemes, then stick to black and white :-) . Lastly, if it's not too much to ask, can you all the logos into a white or/ and a black tee so I can have more of an idea. Thanks again for all your effort designers!

Hi All, I'm seeing a lot of improvements and adjustments so far, great! Let's keep in mind to switch it up a bit as well. I have asked a couple of artist to focus on the triangles, the mic concept, etc but what about the "y"? I haven't seen anyone try to do something different with that. For instance, it be interesting to see if the 'y' would stem from a root. Or maybe show some images from Font #6 .

Great question. Currently, they will be printed in black and white t-shirts and sweaters. Once a buzz is created, it may change to multiple colors like gold, yellow, or red. Does that answer your question?
