I need this menu To look A LOT better.

(It's in InDesign CC version. But if you have an older version then the IDML file in that folder should get you there)

Keep the "Flights" as the focal point on the menu.

Keep it Landscape orientation.

Other than that, you're free to do whatever you want.

  yeah but they want to have some focus on typography and simplistic branding.Plus these are drink menus not food menus. Most menus in this area of the country do not include photos of food on the menus.
