Contest Brief

Hey! My name is Matt, and I'm the owner of Team Hean, a new iPhone Game development company. We need some a new icon designed for a new game we are working on.

The game is called ReEscapes. It is an above view game, where the gamer has to drag the character to move their way through a series of allies and fields in a typical town environment. The character is running away from an angry mob.

We want the icon to show the name, and to show some form of element of the angry mob in the background. Part of this work is the creativity of the design of the icon, so we encourage you to use your own ideas and we are happy for you to have creative control of the icon.

I need the image in four sizes, three of which for the actual app icon and one for the documentation for the app.

Sizes for icons:

58 pixels by 58 pixels
80 pixels by 80 pixels
120 pixels by 120 pixels
1024 pixels by 1024 pixels

Please note that we need the images created in each size/ edited so each size looks high quality. Please do not simply make it in one size and scale it, as this has very poor results and we cannot accept an entry like this.

As we are a new company, I am always looking for graphic designers and if done well, this project may lead to future work.

  We are unable to release any screenshots, but for colour combinations our only preference is that the colours are on the darker side to stick with the theme of being chased. As the icon is not to include material for the game, we are happy for open ideas in the design. The icon will be used within the game, so the requirements are fairly open.
