One observation from a team member was surprise that no one had incorporated a panda in the design, she thinks they are cute, and is the first thing she says she associates with bamboo.

Thank you to everyone, some of the entries are truly spectacular. A point of clarification is that the this logo may be stamped or burned onto the finished product in some instances, so while multi-color is very appealing, the design should also look good monochramatic.
