KNOWASTE, LLC provides education, training, program design and implementation of SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS to restaurants, universities, festivals and communities. We want a LOGO designed using our trade name "WasteWarrior" and/or "WasteWarriors". The winning design will be uniquely creative and colorful, and will promote conversation and invoke social and environmental responsibility on the part of individuals, businesses and community organizations. The logo will be worn by individual employees and volunteers selected as sustainability leaders.

For this purpose the term "Sustainability" infers to REDUCING, REUSING and RETHINKING solid waste. through the act of collecting food scraps for composting, eliminating plastics when possible, purchasing compostable serving ware, collecting aluminum, metal and cardboard for recycle, printing on both sides of paper, maintaining a consistent temperature that is tolerable, etc.

CONSIDERATION should be given to the notion that while waste management has historically been a male dominant industry, kNOwaste, LLC is owned and operated by all females. This is not to suggest that we want a female WasteWarrior as our logo. Instead it should encourage designers to free themselves artistically and emotionally.
