I am looking to find someone I can count on for all my web and marketing needs. I would like to find this person by first having a contest for a logo so that I know intuitively you think about "look and feel" the same way I do. So much more business to come after this contest for the winner...starting with my website.

I need a logo for my real estate company in Atlanta GA, USA. My company name is

Truly Fine Homes

Atlanta

Note that the Truly Fine Homes should be able to stand alone because I would like to branch out to other cities at some point. (However I would like Atlanta included in this one since this is my first city)

I would like the logo to be something special such that when I (or hopefully you...) create the marketing material and give aways, folks will want to keep the item because the logo is so great. (Remember I am going to need this logo on my website, For Sale yard signs, stationary and promotional material....)

Note: I will be selling everything from upscale homes to condos in the middle of the city. (So we are looking at marketing to the young professional to the mid-career success story)

A bit about my image. Clean, clear, sharp with a touch of whimsy. (So, but do not follow this in the least, just ideas so you get what I think...I see an image of an outline of a home or cityscape in grey and blue possibly but with a POP of pink in a flower to chimney or something....) ...or a crown...or even the monogram TFH with Atlanta created as the cityscape...who knows, you all are the experts and I can not wait to work with just the right person who gets me...lets build my business together...cuz the more money I make, the more money you will be making...

All construction and real estate logos have the same concepts.You can only make variation in the outlook.After all they are houses and If you see closely you can see the variations. Just google the real estate logos you will find more over all the same logos with little variations, every concept has been over done.
