  Hi there, it is very much friendly/casual, however the logo and website will need to ensure a professional, high quality feel. Approachable, knowledgeable. We will be providing online services, such as website review, and also onsite services, like system assessment and service models. Also hope to have a blog running with free, best practice service content and tools.

Hi Tysuru & Blucas,
The name of the business is The Service Centre. Please note it is the British spelling of centre not the American. You are welcome to use this in the logo. There hasn't been any branding applied to the business so far, so you are free to use colour combinations as you wish. My preference is for blue or green - but if something amazing comes up in other colours that's fine too.

  As Tysuru said, we would like to know your company's name to incorporate it into the logo. In addition to that it would be helpful and save you from answering repeat questions if you would let everyone know what colors will work with your site (giving us your URL will save you a headache). If you have any additional details that you think will help weed out pointless questions make sure you post those precious details as well!
