Contest Brief

I need a logo for a new company called Rental Maintenance Response. This is a company that carries out repair and maintenance work for rental houses on behalf of landlords.
I would like the logo to include an image - my idea is a cartoon person: a builder or fix-it man (a bit like Bob the Builder - he should be your guide but I need an original image of course), a fun image, smiling, colourful, bold. Maybe he would carry a spanner or a toolbox.
Alongside him are to be the words Rental Maintenance Response. Of these words, Maintenance Response are most important, these words could be large. The word Rental must be present but can be smaller.
This should be submitted as a high-res image. I need to use this on a website, as well as on printed material.
