HCM Australia is an Australian based IT Recruitment Consultancy. HCM’s current logo and colour schemes can be found at www.hcmaustralia.com.au

HCM is launching a new line of service and we are looking for a fresh new logo for a business that is called “Talent 24x7”. This is a new platform which will be an online marketplace for our Clients to be able to search and engage our available Candidates and Contractors.

The platform will be hosted on a separate website, under a different domain. We want to have separate identities for the two brands, while at the same time maintaining a degree of linkage back to the core business of HCM Australia.

We need a logo for “Talent24x7” – the colour scheme could be similar to HCM’s, to link back to our core brand, but we are looking for a different look and feel for the Talent24x7 website and associated marketing collateral. We’re looking for a much more modern, simple look and feel. The name Talent24x7 not only reflects the availability of “Talent” 24 hours, 7 days a week, but also reflects a price point of 7% fees.

Some of the key sales messages to promote the service to customers are as follows:

• Tired of trawling through thousands of Candidate Profiles looking for available IT talent?
• Need access to niche IT skillsets, but don’t have time or technology on your side?
• You can handle your recruitment process yourself, but sometimes need external assistance without blowing the budget?
• HCM has developed a unique service offering for HR, Talent Acquisition Functions and Hiring Managers to tap into our networks.
• A portal of local IT Professionals actively seeking new opportunities... Pre-screened, qualified and looking for their next career move... Available to search and engage for 7% fees

We would ideally like the logo to be delivered in a Vector format, i.e. .EPS so we can pass it on to our Web Developers, but also in .JPG, HTML or PDF so that we can review it internally (we don’t have .EPS software ourselves).
