Contest Brief

I need to design a logo for a shipping company. The name of the company is Honey Corner Shipping Pvt. Ltd. We already do have a logo for the parent company, Honey Corner Pvt. Ltd., and we want you to use the same colors (you can be creative and make it match with other colors as well). But we want to incorporate our main logo into this company as well, because this is a subsidiary company. Please check our current logo which is attached. You can also make the logo more vibrant i guess with a more (material or flat?) design.

Also this is for a cargo / container shipping company via sea.
