Hi @Sheltowee recommend freelancer.com report, lately they are providing a number of cases where the winner copy or use images vectors banks to create their logos. The other participants should also report this user and also report your design. This'll be less people who just want to make money scamming people who come here looking for a good ORIGINAL design.

Copied design won the design. Contest holder you may face copyright issues of this design. In IP agreement of Freelancer. Its clearly mentioned that you cant used third party free stock, vector or images. Please be careful. Its totally unfair with those designer who use original designs and consume time in each and every contest. Happy Designing!!!
