Contest Brief

Looking for a logo for our company Strategic REI and Strategic Capital, we deal in real estate investments. We would like the Strategic logo to be the same for both companies with the REI & Capital being what differentiates the 2 logos. I have also attached a logo some of my partners liked. It can be changed, manipulated, added on to, please get as creative as you want.
Thank you!
