Contest Brief

Hello!
Looking for a redesign of our Real Estate Brokerage. Our colors are Red, Black, and White.
The logo will be used on Real Estate For Sale Signs, Business Cards, Billboards.
Needs to be clean and easy to read. Business Name is Allure Texas Real Estate Brokerage.
Real Estate Brokerage can be smaller, but would like Allure Texas to be the main portion of the logo.
Have other brokerages in other States, so would like the Texas to be interchangeable with other state names and still look good. ie. Colorado

I have just added 2 files of our current logo. Please look at the logo files. We have businesses in several states, so the states need to be able to be switched out. Maybe you could change up fonts, or have some kind of better idea to make it better? Thanks!
