Contest Brief

I am an online learning developer, I create corporate elearning for many large corporate clients, I have had a sub-brand www.kommunikate.com.au which I will no longer be using, and will be using my name Joel Ryan Percy (joelryanpercy.com) as the main brand as it is me personally who is recognised and the brand is not.
My style is professional, yet fun and engaging. I have a youtube video of a showcase of my work output http://youtu.be/aXU1ZrL5Osc
It would be nice to see some of this fun brought into Joel Ryan Percy the brand, yet not to the degree of www.kommunikate.com.au
If possible the letters JRP could be used as a text logo element, with the (possibly stacked) sub heading of Joel Ryan Percy, or joelryanpercy.com

EDIT: After some of the submissions, I would like to see some attempts at some of the attached examples.
Yet still see original input and designs submitted. Review the feedback I am giving to other designers with ratings to help you.
