Design a Logo for Online Bookkeeping and Tax Service

Contest Brief

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a logo for my online bookkeeping service firm that will be soon constructed in the coming month. This site will be the image of the company that will be a online cloud bookkeeping service handling business clients bookkeeping needs and tax services.

The registered company name is " Simplify ". Freelancer will have free reign on project on the design taking the points referenced below.

Any questions please let me know, would like if possible the original/final raw Photoshop file for manipulation down the road if it becomes necessary for changes, such as marketing use and etc.

Reference Ideas:

Company name is: Simplify

Not required but logo can have some connection finances or tax/bookkeeping services,

The company will be a online cloud bookkeeping service

Would like if possible to incorporate the " $ " symbol in the logo if possible to replace the first letter in the name "S" If it comes out well.
