Contest Brief

I need a logo designed for my new company called 'The Rate Advisor'. The business is a foreign exchange rate advisory in Australia. What we do is find the best foreign exchange rates for businesses and individuals. I need to to look professional and simple. the website is not designed yet but will be using the below theme.

I have no real expectations so am happy for ideas. Please be unique with your designs and maybe us the words as the logo or just have a very small logo with the text next to it.

I need the logo to be white with a translucent back ground for the website as this will be placed on colored back grounds but I will also need a version that is just black. So this is to be very simple. I like the the vertical "THE" and horizontal over two lines "RATE ADVISOR". This would look good with a simple logo to the left of it.
