Contest Brief

Hi there!

I want some to make the perfect replica of the "Dr Suess" writing seen on his books but I want it to say "Dr Loose" in the exact same colour (preferably red) and font.
Also Important! I want the "Cat in the Hat" Red and White hat attached the text like it would be seen on the cover of a book - maybe hanging off the corner, how it is held by the cat's hand, or something like that.
Also be sure that the background is transparent.

I have attached some photos which may help as for what I'm looking for and work as a guideline.
