I am a new Architectural Building Design firm going through the middle stages of setting up.

The business name is Innovare Design but thinking of updating to Innovare Building Design.

In the logo for wording im thinking the following:
INNOVARE DESIGN
Architectural Building Design

im also thinking about have maybe 'ID' incorporated into the logo with 'Architectural Building Design' under neath

EXAMPLES OF HOUSES I DESIGN (I WANT TO REFERENCE THIS IN A LOGO SYMBOL) is contemporary architecture.

I DESIGN HOUSES UP TO 3 STORIES HIGH, SO PLEASE NO SKYSCRAPPERS IN THE DESIGN!!!!

I am trying to grab all types of people within the market, from young home buyers and builders to clients who want some very high end design outcomes with the objective to never knock any type of customer back.

The logo must appear like the business is fancy, unique, high end, professional, have extremely high attention to detail, clean & sharp, innovative, modern, very up market, respectful, and of course grabs the attention of potential customers but yet also suit those people who also have low budgets.
The logo will also have to be designed carefully so as it looks good when printed on architectural plans (white paper) and also be adaptive to go over the top of photos as a stamp (night and day shots including architectural renders or visualizations)Additional Project Description:

Also designers, please note that there is potentially plenty more work available in the near future, there will be business card designs, document design templates, website banners, page banners, facebook banners, sticker designs, brochure designs, pamphlet designs etc

Note: The winning bidder must supply the final formats for the designed logo including a written authorization form (by designer) that releases all logo ownership rights to me.
