Contest Brief

I am starting a new business, Reiki Sydney and I require a logo and a tag line.
I will provide Reiki sessions as a health/wellbeing maintenance tool and I would like to stay away from the tired look that most health practitioners have and focus on a fresh approach to health.
I like the idea of the digital hand print (not just the hand shape) as reiki flows through my hands to the person being treated, and I also like the colour scheme on the picture I have attached, blue on a dark background, framed within a geometrical shape. I favour a minimalist look.
I am however open to suggestions on other designs that could symbolise the business and the message it needs to deliver.

please contact me should you need any further info.

Thank You!

If i may ask, how would you prefer to incorporate a texture handprint to a minimalistic logo design ?
