Hello!
We are starting a new bussiness and are in the need for a great logo!
Our work/job is very specific, we're gonna be installing middle and high voltage cable joints and terminations (among other services, but that's our main job). So, yes, the industry is electrical engineering, even more specific - "electroenergetics".
Company name is "KABEL TEAM", we're located in mid-eastern Europe, so no "cable team"! Although, we are dealing with cables, not to be mistaken.
The colors of logo should combine light blue and orange (orange only some details), mybe light blue and a bit more dark blue and only some detail in orange; blue not too light and none should be very intense.
We were thinking about logo to be divided as written, 2 words, because the basic idea is for designers to include a cable joint - maybe between the words, and a cable termination at the end of "TEAM". You can add some kind of a frame that would represent an actual line/cable, connecting the words or letters; another option is to add only a symbol of transverse section of energetic cable with for example 3 cores to the sign KABEL TEAM ...
Please, surprise us, we don't doubt your creativity, you decide which option would come out better ;)
We are just starting out so we don't even have a website yet. We will be using the logo on print media (mostly grayscale), the website, letterhead, and business cards, clothes, ..., so the logo shoul be in such format/s that allows changing size etc, fully editable, please.
The pictures attached are some examples of what we are doing, no actual logos, because we haven't found any good; for better understanding of what the job is about, search internet for middle voltage (MV) cable joints and terminations.
PLEASE, STOP MAKING SIGNS WITH ELECTRIC PLUGS, BULBS, LAMPS and other widely used symbols.

#7 is much better! I would really like it if you did the terminations in some your way, with your design, because those seem like they are taken from some picture. Maybe try them orange or RED?

Hi, i like that you got the idea :) However, those plugs are not explaining what our job is - we are dealing with middle and high voltage, not "housekeeping" electricity, so this is too simple and used to often in logos.
