The Logo should have a graphic part that exudes, "Cyb3rStorm", Corporate, Security, Cyber, Cyberspace, Information Technology, IT, Computers, Networks, Consulting, Business, Secure, Computing, Internet.

The business concept is: IT Security Consulting practice doing business in Dallas, Texas, USA.

The freelance designer will provide logo in Adobe source code format. The source code .PSD file must be 100% editable (layered design) both the font and graphic. ***Do NOT use a clipart or photo of a logo. ***Do NOT use a linked, or rasterized image.
The layered logo must be able to be 100% edited fully in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. If you cannot provide this requested format please do not submit.

Hi , logos are better when they created in Adobe Illustrator , is it ok to design it with Illustrator only? because Photoshop doesn't support scaling without losing quality

  If you think you need to use photoshop because of .psd, don't worry, you can save all files from illustrator as psd, it's just a filetype they require :)
