You are to design a logo for my new company "GROUNDED premium tea".

The company has the following values which are to be reflected in the design:
- earthy and natural feeling
- stylish and unique, slightly grungy
- high quality

The colours I want used are black, white and grey (153,153,153)

The logo is to be similar to the pictures attached, however use your creativity to create either a refined version or something even better.

I need the following versions:
- logo including the words "GROUNDED premium tea"
- logo without any words or frames
- logo with the words groundedtea.com
- logo with the words groundedtea.com.au
- logo with a transparent background

The logo's will be used on the Internet, packaging, product lists and business cards.
