Company has one name: Victoria Project Cargo and a shorter name VP Cargo.
The logo needed for a freight forwarding company (logistics, import-export of goods, not a manufacturer). The transportation is done via truck, ship, airplane, train.
The logo can have the name in the logo but not necessarily. It could be an object related to the industry like a container or something else (just a thought, not the requirement) ... and probably not a single type of transportation (plane, ship, truck) because the shipments usually done on multiple types of transport.
Logo should be:
Memorable – highest recognition and recall
Including recognition at maximum distances
Timeless quality – the logo will not become dated
Appropriate for the product/service category
Has “breakthrough” quality, that is, it stands out in the midst of other logos
Reinforces the brand name or tagline or both
Evokes positive emotions
Has positive brand associations
The icon does not evoke negative or unintended associations among the target audiences
Fits in the spaces in which it will most likely appear – has the most advantageous (vertical/horizontal) orientation (print/website/banners)
Including, is recognizable in small (e.g. business card) spaces
A version of it looks good in black and white
Works well with sub-brand or endorsed brand identities
The logo should NOT be:
Hard to read
Should not be done in "MS Word" program. (Meaning it should be made with a professional program and professionally looking.)
