Contest Brief

I want a logo for a financial blog website. The website is to be called Eagle Street Eye, in reference to the home of financial markets in Brisbane Australia. The Logo is perhaps something like a Dick Tracy-style private eye detective (in silhouette?), with maybe a play on the Eagle in eagle street. The blog will be written without my personal identity, so the logo should capture a dgree of mystery. The logo should come both as a stand-alone graphic and as a banner including the title. i am open to alternative ideas for the logo.
