Design a Logo for FemBiz

Hi all
We are looking to have a logo made for our network for female business women.
The name is FemBiz - Female Business Network.
You can play around with FemBiz, FemBiz.net or include Female Business Network.
The logo needs to have an icon that can stand alone or have something in the logo that can be used as an icon
(ref: F - Facebook, t/bird - twitter, in - LinkedIn).

We are NOT looking which are to feminine. Nothing that will look like a shampoo brand, hair product etc. Try to focus more on a network if needed.
This is a network with members in all categories of work so try not to pick one trade.

The logo should be used in both web and print. Please provide .psd and .ai as well as .png.
