I need logo ideas for a new website: DocuLogistics.com

I would like to keep the color scheme a darker blue or possibly a darker toned red, corporate colors and clean. I'm open to either a horizontal, square or circular logo. The ".com" can be included or not, it's up to you.

Possible mottos or slogans:

"Document Software Understood"

"Document Logistics Simplified"

"Logical Document Solutions"

I'm pretty open to ideas or how to present it, but I would like a defining factor on the logo (icon, swoosh line, something) to help it differentiate itself, yet still look clean and corporate. I will want the end logo in hi-res PSD please.

One other note: The goal of the company is to sell document management software (i.e. software that manages scanned documents and paper into a database). If that helps the logo decision process
