Design a Logo for Christchurch Angling Centre

Contest Brief
I need modern, fresh looking logos for my businesses. One logo for Christchurch Angling Centre and one for seamatchfishing.co.uk. But I would like the logo's to work together, so be of a similar design.
I like a minimalist look, with clean easy to read text. I prefer white and blue and perhaps yellow colour schemes.
I will use the logo on clothing, merchandise and websites.
Both businesses are fishing retail, so any images should be related to this. Perhaps circular blue pattern to resemble waves.
