Contest Brief

Please help me to design a logo for my building company - Grafik Design and Drafting.
Our company provides architectural design services for residential buildings and drafting services.
The winning logo should include - company name (Grafik) in large text with company description (design and drafting) in smaller text.
I would like to incorporate some kind of building skyline or outline of a house into the design. Please keep the design in black and white.
Attached is a very quick sketch I did to give an idea of what I am looking for.
Good luck and enjoy! Thank you!
