The logo should contain and describe the feeling of Project India but it should be designed in Hindi.
Correct, that's Bharat Pariyojna. Condition is the design should be creative and professional. Use Indian flag color to represent the logo and design it in creative and professional way.

It's all about developing new industries in India. Bharat Priyojna provides fund for the unique or creative businesses in India. Basically, I need a graphics design that describes the meaning of Bharat Pariyojna ( A logo that describes the meaning of Bharat Priyojna, no words only graphics) and below that graphics, the word Bharat Pariyojna should be written in Creative Way.
The Moto of Bharat Priyojna is basically improving the industrialization in India and promoting middle and lower middle class families as well as BPL families to reinvent their unique ideas

You can use the INR logo in the term of 'R' in Bharat to make it more creative but remember all the content should be in hindi designed no english word.
Don't use simple text for the logo. I need graphical logo not the text logo.

    I would request you to design Infrastructures along with Indian Monuments and Natural Appearance according to locations on India Map. And The Ashoka Chakra in Middle spreading light over India is recommended.

      The thing what you are asking for is possible but not suitable for logo purpose first of all it will take around 7-8 hours to render, secondly the Monuments what you are asking to be placed as per as their physical location on Indian map are only visible in large size image in tiny size they will get burled, thirdly & the most important thing the budget in what you are expecting to get this work done is low as comparing to project requirements.

    I need the India logo designed in 3d, that's you have already with shadow. Change the color from Indian flag to simply green, Actually I would reccomend these grasses instead of green http://static.freepik.com/free-photo/grass-covered-earth_53-7188.jpg
    Place the Ashoka Chakra in the middle of India, and splash the white rays through it. The light should be bright and opaque at starting and it should be dim and transparent
    As in the middle the Ashoka Chakra is placed and the rest of part in India I would recommend the 3d buildings, you can use some milestones from countries but the buildings should be placed as well like this picture

    The light that would be generated from Ashoka Chakra would reflect throughout India.
    And There should be a tricolor arrow that will circle Indian Map

    Please try to design logo that doesn't look like any Governmental logo or doesn't reflect any kind of spirituality and also any kind of Indian Parties.

    Please note :
    The logo should define the Indian Development sector.
    It would be awesome if you design the words as creative as you can do.
    You are free to use any design or any graphics even you can change the word style. Play with the words as there is no limitations with that but the look should be corporate but doesn't reflect any type of religions.
